Describe your change:

Add pytest.ini which registers a custom marker "mat_ops" that can be used to filter pytest calls. (pytest -m mat_ops will only test these functions; pytest -m "not mat_ops" will test everything but these functions)

Fixes #1917.

  • Add an algorithm?
  • Fix a bug or typo in an existing algorithm?
  • Documentation change?
