- make `StatusHookTable` and `SubscriptionTable` threadsafe - make _ref atomic - propagate exceptions instead of exception messages when `onError` is invoked - modify websocket interface to allow pushing of binary messages - allow toggling of sending messages across the wire in binary mode or not
- update `BestHTTPWebsocket.cs` reference implementation
- setup actions with checkoutv4
