Recrobbled doesn’t try to reconnect to Listenbrainz after a failed connection

If rescrobbled fail to connect to listenbrainz, it won’t try again, resulting in rescrobbled keeping running (and so not being restarted via systemd) and no submitting my listen.

Somewhat related to #30

I’ll try to implement a fix myself.

Using 0.7.1 via NixOS (and a custom sysytemd setup)
