From --help:

  --ssl               Listen for HTTPS socket instead of HTTP.
  --sslcert=FILE      All three options must be used or all of
  --sslkey=FILE       them should be omitted.

Other options same if you not specify port it'll be port 443 by default, not 80 as normally non-ssl websocketd would do.
