func TestingOnlyExpandedBytes768 ΒΆ
func TestingOnlyExpandedBytes768(dk *DecapsulationKey768) []byte
TestingOnlyExpandedBytes768 returns the decapsulation key as a byte slice using the full expanded NIST encoding.
